I’m a determined bastard trying to make it big in the Cape Town Cycling Scene, starting at the bottom and clawing my way up one wheel at a time.
To crack my first big race win. It took me 950h of racing and training, 22110km and 650 exercises to get there in just over two years.
Below is my bio since then:
I currently race as Captain in Team Aurecon Sub-Vet Race team and compete in the 30-34 age group in South African road races and in MTB events.
I have completed numerous tours and stage races at elite level, including the Giro Del Capo, three ABSA Cape Epics, two Sani2C’s and the Tour de Boland. I have raced countless one day events including annual road leagues, Criteriums WP and SA Championships in Road, MTB, Time Trial and Track.
